Orioles Make it Three
After losing Kris Benson for the season and adding Jaret Wright to the DL, the Orioles announced that Adam Loewen will miss the entire season with a stress fracture in his elbow. Todd Williams has been called up and the Orioles have slotted Brian Burres to take over in the rotation. Lowen was off to a great start for the Orioles. He was 2-0 with a 3.56 ERA and 22 K. The Orioles are currently tied for last place with everyone except the Red Sox, who are 6.5 ahead.
