According to MLB Rumors Correspondent Steve Wilson, the Phillies have signed J.C. Romero to a three year contract. The Phillies continue to reconstitute their bullpen by adding Brad Lidge and now signing Romero, who was 2-2 with a 1.92 ERA and 42 K. An announcement is expected Monday.

Phillies Resign Romero
