We're Still Being Hacked

To my amazement and dismay, my blog address that was stolen on July 21st, is still being used to somehow scrape content from this site. Blogger.com and Google, who are the servers have no customer support (unbelievable, isn't it?) so I am trying to figure out how this is happening. Please bear with me as I continue to deal with this issue.
