The Astros and Carlos Lee highlight today's transactions. He signed a 6 yr. 100 million dollar deal. The Astros also agreed to a 2 yr. 12.5 million dollar deal with Woody Williams. It was also reported just a short time ago that the Blue Jays were closing in on a deal for Rod Barajas. It was reported at a 2 yr. 6 million dollar deal.
