Rockies Lookin' For Relievers
The Rockies are looking to build their bullpen and have inquired about several pitchers including LaTroy Hawkins, Rudy Seanez, Jose Mesa, and Tom Martin. According to the Denver Post, they have already made offers to Mesa and Martin. The Rockies, who have to look at who they sign differently because of hitter friendly Coors Field, will look to build up their bullpen to back their weak, but young rotation. In 60 innings, Hawkins went 3-2 with a 4.48 ERA and 27 K. Seanez went 3-3 with a 4.92 ERA and 54 K. Mesa went 1-5 with a 3.86 ERA and 39 K. Martin went 2-0 with a 5.07 ERA and 46 K. They all expect to receive one to two year deals.

Doesn't this mean Jose Mesa amd his enemy Omar Vizquel will be playing together. UNless Omar Retires
