The Twins and Scott Baker have agreed to a four year extension worth 15.25 million dollars. Baker went 11-4 with a 3.45 ERA in 28 games last season, and was consistent all year long. Baker is a fly ball pitcher, so he is prone to give up some homeruns. But he had solid command over his pitches and kept runners off base by keeping his walks down. If he can continue to command his pitches, the Twins could have an excellent number two compliment to Francisco Liriano.
