Orioles Sign Eaton

The Orioles and Adam Eaton have agreed to a minor league deal with an invitation to Spring Training, Roch Kubatko is reporting. Eaton, who was 4-8 with a 5.80 ERA in 21 games last season, was released Friday by the Phillies. If Eaton makes the team, he will cost the Orioles just 400,000 dollars.

The Phillies were SO happy to get rid of this washup, that they whipped out teh cheese sauce and GLADLY ate the $9 million he had left on his contract!!

This signing is par for the course in Baltimore tough. Losers signing up losers.
