The Athletics have traded OF Matt Murton to the Rockies for IF Corey Wilberly. Wilberly is a switch-hitter who hit .291 with a .359 OBP and 59 stolen bases in Double-A last season. However, his lack of versatility and power probably means he won't be starting the majors any time soon. Murton is a .288 career hitter in 317 major league games, but has the makings of a reserve outfielder at best.
