The Phillies and Jamie Moyer have come to an agreement on a two year deal. Moyer, 46, led the Phillies with 16 wins last season. Not only does he bring an excellent work ethic to the team but he brings experience to a fairly young staff.
Despite his age, this is a solid signing.
