Orioles Making Late Push For Looper, Redding

Foxsports's Ken Rosenthal is reporting that the Orioles are making a strong push to land both Braden Looper and Tim Redding. Both pitchers have solid work ethics, durable arms, and the veteran mindset that the Orioles rotation currently lacks. Redding is probably looking at a two year deal worth about 3.2-3.5 million dollars annually while Looper is looking at a deal worth about 6.0-6.3 milion dollars annually.

Redding and Looper are both being pursued by the Rockies, but Redding is also drawing interest from the Mets and Pirates.
