The Tigers are set to acquire pitcher Edwin Jackson from the Rays in exchange for outfielder Matt Joyce. Jackson, 25, went 14-11 with a 4.25 ERA for the Rays last season, could be the Tigers new closer, but they will likely keep him in the rotation. Joyce has a lot of upside and he showed it by hitting 12 homeruns in just 242 at-bats.
