According to Ken Rosenthal, there are only two teams left that are seriously pursuing outfielder Milton Bradley, the Rays and Cubs. As of last night, the Cubs were reportedly very close to a deal with Bradley, but that was refuted. However, several Cubs officials have given the Cubs their endorsement for Bradley, including Cubs hitting coach Gerald Perry, who coached Bradley in 2006 with the Athletics. The positives to staying in the American League is that he gets to be a DH, protecting his oft-injured body. Going to the NL, he would join the dominant Chicago Cubs and give them even more depth and pop in the lineup.
The Cubs, according to Bradley's agent, are the favorites to land his player.

I think Bradley is very talented. I only worry about his temper and his ability to play a whole season w/o being hurt.
