The Dodgers have decided to non-tender closer Takashi Saito. Saito has seen success since coming to the major leagues. He is 12-7 in 180 appearances with a 1.95 ERA and 245 strikeouts, however, his recent elbow problems have made teams very worried about whether he can pitch or not. However, because of his success, could find work fairly easily. The Tigers, Rockies, and Cardinals, among others could make a play for Saito.

If healthy,Saito could be a huge pick up for either of these teams especially if he were willing to sign on for cheaper, with incentives which I´m not so sure he´d accept. But then again,if not,he´s looking to be unemployed this season.
