The Athletics are not done rebuffing their bullpen, setting their sights on lefties Brian Shouse and Andy Sisco. Shouse, who went 5-1 with a 2.81 ERA in 69 games for the Brewers last season, played in the AL West for three seasons with the Rangers. He is a ground ball pitcher, and probably would come at a reduced price at this point in the offseason.
Sisco is coming off Tommy John surgery, but he is good player to give a tryout to in Spring Training. Sisco is 6'10'' and needs to show clubs that he can keep his fastball down, which he hasn't been able to do consistently over the course of his career.
