In his latest piece, Ken Rosenthal writes that the Diamondbacks could be a fit for free agent Pedro Martinez. Martinez and GM Josh Byrnes worked together in Boston for two seasons and may be able to convince Martinez to join his already dangerous starting rotation. Martinez was 5-6 with a 5.61 ERA last season, but playing for the Diamondbacks, a strong defensive team, and other pitcher friendly stadiums in the NL West could boost him numbers.
